Just steps away, the beloved Fisherman’s Path leads you on a short, picturesque walk to York Harbor Beach—a local favorite—as well as the iconic Wiggly Bridge and the wooded trails of Steedman Woods. These are the kinds of places that turn simple moments into lasting, core memories.

Inside, three thoughtfully designed floors provide ample space for families and groups to spread out and connect. The first floor features a spacious eat-in kitchen with an adjoining laundry room and pantry, multiple inviting living areas (including both casual and formal TV rooms), a stately dining room that opens to a covered porch (a coveted spot for sure), and a cozy sitting room perfect for games, book reading, or quiet conversation.
