The unit, which sleeps four comfortably (one queen bedroom, the other with two twins), has plenty of glass to allow panoramic vistas of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
Along with amazing views and the perfect location, the unit includes a gorgeous, fully-equipped kitchen, living area with TV, dining area, private outdoor shower, 300+ cable channels, internet, A/C, linens included, stacked washer/dryer, gas grill, deck with outdoor furniture, large (lockable) private storage area (beach chairs included!) and dedicated parking for two cars. The Long Sands General Store and York Beach Dairy Bar are within a quick walk from the rental. You may not move your car all week!!

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €852 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure
