Situated just 10 minutes from the ocean and sandy beaches, this retreat sits up on a hill, providing panoramic views overlooking Scituate Pond.

During your stay, you can launch a kayak, spend quiet afternoons fishing, take a swim, gather with loved ones around the campfire, and find true rest and relaxation. With convenient access to miles of scenic walking and mountain bike trails, outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers will find endless joy in the Maine wilderness.

Inside, the home features an open layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and the living room. The sleeping accommodations include a first bedroom fitted with a queen-sized bed, overlooking the pond with a sliding door out to the deck. The second bedroom features a single over double bunk bed to comfortably sleep 3 people.

Beyond the bedrooms, you will discover a light-filled sunroom and a back deck—an ideal setup for enjoying home-cooked dinners alongside scenic waterfront views. There is one full bathroom on the main floor. For added convenience, an additional ¾ bathroom is located on the lower level, making it easily accessible after a day spent swimming or lounging down on the dock.
