Strategically located, the property is within a one-mile walk or a four-minute drive of York Harbor Beach and less than a two-mile walk or a five-minute drive from Long Sands Beach. This location is perfect for morning or evening walks, all while providing close proximity to the beaches and other local attractions.
Following a day at the beach, 10 Thistleberry Lane serves as the ideal peaceful retreat. This home provides the perfect setting to unwind and relax, offering a welcome escape from the summer crowds.
The first level features an open-concept kitchen and dining space. It also includes an ample living room with a TV and plenty of seating for everyone. Additionally, there is a dedicated bar room, equipped with a television, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a nightcap (BYOB). You will also find a half bathroom and a washer and dryer on the first floor.
The second level includes a bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds and an en-suite full bathroom (Bedroom #1). Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds, with a full bathroom located directly across the hall. The large primary bedroom (Bedroom #3) includes a king-sized bed, TV, and an en-suite ¾ bathroom.
The third level boasts a beautiful bedroom with a king-sized bed, TV, and peekaboo views of the ocean (Bedroom #4).
The private backyard features a deck equipped with an outdoor dining table and a propane grill, perfect for a barbecue or a traditional lobster dinner. It also provides ample outdoor space for enjoyment on warm summer evenings.
This property is perfect for large groups, extended families, and wedding guest accommodations.
The home includes all linens. This is a non-smoking/vaping property. One dog may be negotiated with a pet fee.
There is a 4-night minimum stay for bookings.
