Welcome to 11 Talpey Avenue in beautiful Cape Neddick, Maine. This light-filled home has a private beach stone patio – a perfect place to begin and end your day! Or you can sit on the wrap-around deck and listen to the waves and watch the boats pass by.
Just a quick drive to the various York beaches where all the hustle and bustle awaits you! And at the end of the day, the private road provides a peaceful sanctuary.
The first floor has an inviting mudroom/entry way, which leads into a fully equipped, eat-in kitchen featuring Tiger Maple kitchen countertops. There is also a half bathroom off the kitchen, as well as a first-floor bedroom with glass French doors (two twin beds, closets, TV, Bedroom #1).
A small set of stairs takes you to the raised open concept area, which includes both a sitting area with ocean views, as well as a large TV area with massive couch – perfect for the whole family for winding down the day.
The gorgeous Tiger Maple spiral staircase takes you to the top floor, which includes two bedrooms both sharing a full bathroom in the hallway. Bedroom #2 includes a king-sized bed, multiple closets, and a TV, where Bedroom #3 includes a queen-sized bed, views of the ocean, and steps leading up to an office area for those that may need to do some remote work (and you can still stare at the ocean while doing so). The bathroom in the hallway includes a tub/shower and a washer/dryer.
The bright walk-out lower level includes another TV area with futon, bedroom with peek-a-boo views of the ocean, and another large ¾ bathroom (shower only). Bedroom #4 is a full-sized bed (no closet or TV). This is a great space for those who may seek some privacy.
The large deck has an outdoor dining set to dine al-fresco and also includes a gas grill. The private beach patio area includes Adirondack chairs – a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a drink at the end of your day!
The home includes all linens. This is a non-smoking/vaping rental property, and unless otherwise authorized, no pets are allowed. In season, the home rents Friday to Friday.
