This family-friendly home is walkable to Short Sands Beach (just less than a half mile), Long Sands Beach (just over a half mile), and the Nubble Lighthouse (one mile away).
The interior features a bright and spacious living area, offering plenty of seating. French doors open into a fully equipped kitchen and dining space. The attached sunroom provides extra seating and direct access to the fenced-in backyard.
The main level accommodates up to three guests across two bedrooms (Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2) and includes a three-quarter bathroom (Bathroom #1). The upper level includes two additional spacious bedrooms (Bedroom #3 and Bedroom #4) suitable for up to seven guests, alongside a full bathroom (Bathroom #2).

Parking out front can accommodate up to four vehicles.
The washer and dryer are located in the basement.
A rinsing station is conveniently located in the backyard for sandy feet after a day at the beach.
One well-behaved, medium-sized dog is permitted upon payment of a pet fee.
Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside and outside of this property.
