This rental is located on the second and third floor - there are two units on the first floor that are occupied. Additionally, there are two dedicated parking spots for this rental, along with a dedicated locked storage space with beach chairs/umbrella. It is BYOL (bring your own linens), but comforters and pillows, as well as hand towels for the kitchen and baths, are included. A shared, coin-operated laundry room is located on the first floor should you need it.
