STUNNING AND MODERN HARBOR-SIDE STAGE NECK CONDO
TWO MONTH MINIMUM STAY
The first floor of this end unit condo includes an open concept kitchen with eat-at island and high-end appliances/finishes, dining area, and large living with TV, gas fireplace, and sliding doors to the deck overlooking the picturesque and active York Harbor. Sit outside with your cup of coffee in the morning and relax at night with a cocktail. There is a first floor bedroom (queen sized bed) and 3/4 bathroom (shower stall).
Upstairs you’ll find a laundry room and half bathroom, along with TWO primary suites. Both bedrooms on the second floor include a King-sized bed and an en suite bathroom, with both having deck access. The third floor includes three twin beds in a row, a small room with a twin sized bed (with a door), as well as a TV area and a full sized bathroom.
A pool and tennis membership may be purchased separately. The charming York Harbor Beach is just a five-minute walk from the condo and includes a bathhouse. Three other town beaches are just a short drive away along with restaurants, shops, and other attractions/recreation.
The condo rules do not allow guests to have pets. Available for the months of May/June/July of 2026. The cost varies and the condo rules mandate a two month minimum stay – call for further information!
