The living room opens to the eat-in kitchen and further expands into the sunroom - a perfect place to enjoy a meal in the dining area or relax and take in the summer sun. Off the sunroom, the rear yard features a paver patio and is surrounded by beautiful landscaping - a great space to enjoy a fire in the fire pit, cookout, and set up a few yard games. The first level is host to the primary bedroom, a full bath with walk-in tiled shower, and the laundry room. The second level contains 2 additional bedrooms, both spacious with vaulted ceilings and share a full bath.
Additionally, the home includes central air, WiFi, Smart TV (with YouTube TV and streaming apps), fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, beach chairs, and all linens and bath towels. Bring your own beach towels please!
