On the second floor, gather in the fully functional kitchen, dining area, and living room, where water views create the perfect backdrop for making memories. Sliding doors open to a deck overlooking the backyard, complete with a grill and outdoor eating area. The second floor also includes two bedrooms (one with two twin beds, and the other with a full sized bed), along with a full bathroom.
The third floor is home to an oversized, nautically inspired primary suite (King sized bed and en-suite 3/4 bathroom) with a vaulted ceiling and built-in desk. A charming landing with a wet bar leads to a generous upper deck with ocean views — an ideal spot for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or just a spot to relax.
Outside, enjoy a backyard filled with perennial gardens, outdoor shower, firepit, and space for yard games like corn hole. The garage includes beach items like a beach cart and beach chairs, and space to store your bikes or your own summer gear!
