The main level features an eat-in kitchen, living room, and dining area, all offering expansive ocean views through large windows and sliding glass doors. Two bedrooms are located on this floor: Bedroom #1 features a queen bed; Bedroom #2 offers two single beds. A full bathroom is also located on this level.
The upper level comprises an open TV room with a pullout sofa available to accommodate two additional guests. Bedroom #3 is spacious, featuring direct access to the upper level's shared ¾ bathroom. Bedroom #4 has a queen-sized bed. A balcony is also accessible from the third bedroom as well as the TV room.
The backyard provides an ideal environment for morning coffee, evening refreshments, watching the sunset, stargazing, or enjoying bird watching.
